By using YDS Koçu (the "App") you agree to these terms.
1. The service
YDS Koçu is a mobile app for YDS/YÖKDİL exam prep that provides AI-assisted explanations from a photo of a question, vocabulary study, grammar/reading modules and practice exams. It produces personal analysis of questions you bring.
2. AI output
Explanations are AI-generated and cross-verified by a second model. Although we target high accuracy, output may contain errors; it is educational information, not an official source, guarantee, or promise of exam success. When uncertain, the App says so explicitly.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for lawful, personal study.
- Do not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the content without permission.
- Do not reverse-engineer or access the App in an automated/abusive way.
- You are responsible for having the rights to any question you scan.
4. Intellectual property
Vocabulary packs, grammar/reading content, practice questions and example sentences are 100% original and belong to the App. Official ÖSYM questions are not embedded or published.
5. Subscriptions & payments
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly ₺179.99, Exam Season (3 months) ₺449.99, Yearly ₺999.99. Prices vary by store and region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store / Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before period end.
- Manage or cancel anytime from your store settings (App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions).
- Refunds follow the applicable store policy. Use "Restore purchases" to restore.
6. Free tier
The free version offers a limited number of scans and features; scope may change over time.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use. You are responsible for your exam outcomes.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms and the scope of the service, and may restrict access for violations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
